2026 marks a historic milestone: 100 years of remembering and serving Veterans and building stronger communities across our great country. This is a moment for every Branch to celebrate, welcome new members, and share the Legion’s story in your community.

Now is the time to make the most of the Centenary, engage your Branch, and help the Legion grow stronger than ever for the next 100 years.

• Free Centenary Memberships: All new members can join for free in 2026—an exciting opportunity to grow your Branch and strengthen membership for years to come. Find information, frequently asked questions and the downloadable member application form on the Centenary portal.
• Legion 100 – WIN BIG Giveaway: All renewing and Lifetime members can earn up to three chances to win a Ford F-150 by renewing, joining, shopping online, or donating to the Poppy Fund.
• Branch Centenary Branding: Custom Branch logos, usage guides, and other branded materials are ready for use in your communications and promotions.

Centenary-branded merchandise—including apparel, commemorative gifts, and the official Centenary medal—is available for Branch fundraising and promotion. Items can be ordered at Branch pricing to sell locally. New merchandise will be released throughout 2026.

The 2026 Per Capita Tax rates are posted on the Member Services Website.

Branches in the following Provincial Commands have Provincial Portion increases, effective January 1, 2026:

• British Columbia/Yukon: +$2.00
• Manitoba/Northwest Ontario: +$3.00
• Ontario: +$4.00

The new rates have been applied, and our system will only accept submissions at the updated rates. Old 2025 rates cannot be processed or backdated.

The Auto Renew process is now complete and has billed all members who have signed up for Auto Renew with valid credit card information on file.

If you have a member who signed up for Auto Renew but does not have their 2026 membership year processed, your Branch can collect their 2026 membership payment OR the member can renew online or contact Member Services by phone at 855-330-3344.

To help your Branch plan activities and celebrations throughout the year, a calendar of notable 2026 dates is now available. This includes key anniversaries, Remembrance events, and other dates to mark your local Centenary celebrations.
