Arbitration Procedure

Following an extensive review and consultation with Provincial Commands on the Article III process, recommendations were brought forth to the Dominion Executive Council in April 2024 to develop a mediation/arbitration process to expedite resolution of less serious complaints. The recommendations were approved and General By-Laws updated as noted above.

Additional information is provided in an Article III Compliant Procedure Flowchart, plus an Arbitration Questions & Answers (Q&As) document.
