Legion Brand, Legion Logo, Legion Fonts
- The Royal Canadian Legion’s Corporate Identity and Brand Standards Manual will help your Branch create strong marketing materials and messaging that will reflect the Legion’s values and mandate and support your Branch goals.
- The Legion logo and Legion badge are registered trademarks and may only be used as outlined in the Legion Brand Manual. Inquiries regarding use of registered Legion trademarks can be obtained by contacting marketing@legion.ca.
- Download design files for your Branch Legion logo, Legion crest, and Legion Ladies Auxiliary crest
- Legion Headquarters can assist Branches in adding their Branch number and town or city to the Legion logo, for use on websites, posters and more. Simply email marketing@legion.ca with your Branch number and Branch town or city. We will then develop the logo and provide your Branch with an .ai file and a .jpg file.
- The Poppy symbol is a trademark of the Legion and there are regulations around the use of this image. Any use of the Poppy must be requested through the Poppy and Remembrance Committee. Learn more
- Branches are welcome to download the branded Legion fonts (Sense and Georgia) for use in marketing materials, on your Branch website or other communications. Fonts can be downloaded here.

The Marketing Department offers a range of recruitment materials to support Branch growth. Additional recruitment materials, including the Membership Brochure with Application Form, posters and bookmarks, are available for order through the Supply Department.

Legion Images
Branches are welcome to use images from the Legion National Headquarters Google Drive, and any images downloaded from Legion.ca or the Dominion Command Flickr page. If additional images are required for branch marketing efforts, please contact the Marketing Department at marketing@legion.ca to see if we have a suitable image available.
Templates
Branch logos can be requested by contacting marketing@legion.ca and providing your Command, Branch number and town/city.
Public Relations Manual
This manual provides information you will need as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) to effectively participate in or lead PR efforts, from organizing events to dealing with the news media.
The Public Relations Training Booklet provides an overview and recommended approaches to public relations, including tips on media relations, dealing with problems, emergencies and crises, plus worksheets to assist with strategic PR planning. This is a great resource for both Command and Branch PROs or anyone from the Legion that deals with media.

Website
The Website Style Guide assists web developers who want to create a website look and field that reflects the Legion brand and national website.
The Legion website includes a Branch Locator that showcases Legion Branch locations, contact information and website links. Branch administrators can update their Branch information and add a website link, by updating the Branch Profile on the Member Services Website.
Social Media
Dominion Command developed Social Media Guidelines for branch operations, to help Branches make the most of their social media efforts.
