National Corporate Support for the Poppy Campaign

A list of national corporate supporters who wish to support the Poppy Campaign across their locations is now available. The list outlines each business's scope of participation and the locations requiring Branch support.

The list is located on the 2024 Poppy Campaign webpage and will be updated as more corporate supports are added.

Campaign agreements: TD Bank and Starbucks

TD Bank Branches and Starbucks corporate locations have a cashless donation policy, but were eager to support their local Legion Branch Poppy Campaigns. As these locations can collect donations through their point-of-sale systems, all donations received will be sent to their nearest local Legion Branch Poppy Fund via an electronic fund transfer (EFT) following the Poppy Campaign. To further support the Branch campaigns, Legion National Headquarters supplied the locations with Poppies and Poppy boxes in advance of the Poppy Campaign. No action is required by the Branch to receive these donations.

This agreement does not include Starbucks non-corporate-operated stores. Branches are asked to contact licensed store managers directly to coordinate their support, if interested, of the Poppy Campaign.

Help promote Poppy Stories

"Poppy Stories” is a Legion initiative that allows Canadians to scan a lapel Poppy with their smartphone. With every scan, you’ll be introduced to a fallen soldier with a story to remember. Visit PoppyStories.ca on your smart phone starting October 25.

Access a variety of promotional graphics to help promote Poppy Stories in your area.
