  • Why did I receive an error message stating "Invalid Membership Number or Postal Code"? The information you entered does not match the contact information we have on file for that membership number. Please contact Member Services with your membership number, phone number, email and mailing address and we will update your information.
  • I created another profile for myself. Why can't I login to my new profile? If you created more than one profile for the same membership number, you will not be able to access those profiles. Please contact Member Services and we will reset your profile.
